Welcome to SilentBall Academy (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.silentballacademy.com) and mobile application (“App”) and your purchase of any products from us. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 5 years old to create an account on our App or website.

  • To access certain features (including workouts, progress tracking), you are required to register and maintain an account.

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Products & Payment

  • Products Offered: Silent basketball, training mat, grip socks, and related gear; App subscriptions and in-App content.

  • Pricing & Currency: All prices are in EUR and include VAT.

  • Payment Methods: Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.

  • Order Acceptance: Receipt of your order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse service.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Territory: We ship to all European countries, excluding Russia and Belarus.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated 1–4 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Free for orders over €100.

    • For orders under €100, shipping fees vary by country (displayed at checkout).

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Window: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return Shipping: Buyer pays return shipping and a €3.95 returns processing fee.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

7. Use of Website & App

  • Age: Accessible to users aged 5 and above (with parental supervision for minors).

  • Content Restrictions:

    • Training content, videos, images, and other materials are for personal, non-commercial use only.

    • Copying, redistribution, resale, modification, or unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

  • Health & Safety:

    • Always perform a proper warm-up before drills.

    • We do not assume liability for injuries; consult a medical professional before beginning any exercise program.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on our platforms are the property of Sportuok kitaip, MB or our licensors.

  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal penalties.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty: Our products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

We may update these Terms occasionally. We will post the revised Terms with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
