1. Order Processing and Dispatch
1.1 All packages are dispatched within two (2) business days following receipt of payment. Each order is fulfilled and shipped separately from our warehouse in Lithuania.
1.2 Orders received on weekends will be dispatched on the next business day (Monday or Tuesday).
1.3 The estimated delivery timeframe commences on the date of dispatch.
1.4 Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipment’s tracking details.
2. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order placement. SilentBall™ Academy shall not be liable for any delays, losses, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. Please verify your shipping details before confirming your purchase.
3. Combining Orders
To minimize shipping costs, we strongly recommend adding all desired items to a single shopping cart prior to checkout. We are unable to consolidate multiple carts into a single shipment; consequently, shipping fees will apply to each separate order.
4. Customs Duties and Taxes
4.1 Customs duties and import taxes may apply for shipments sent outside the European Union. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
4.2 You are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and fees assessed by your local customs authorities upon importation.
4.3 Should you decline or otherwise fail to pay any duties or taxes assessed on your order, SilentBall™ Academy reserves the right to deduct the full amount of those duties and taxes from any refund issued for that order.
5. Available Shipping Method
FedEx Door-to-Door: Delivery typically occurs within two (2) to seven (7) business days, depending on the destination.
6. Shipping Costs
6.1 Free standard shipping is offered on all orders with a merchandise value of one hundred euros (€100) or more.
6.2 For orders with a merchandise value below one hundred euros (€100), shipping fees vary by destination country and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
7. Order Modifications and Cancellations
7.1 Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
7.2 Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accommodate major changes or cancellations.

9. Late or Lost Orders
9.1 Reporting Missing or Lost Shipments
Any discrepancies concerning missing or lost items must be reported to us in writing within fourteen (14) days of the estimated delivery date. Please email full details—including your order number and tracking information—to info@silentballacademy.com.
9.2 Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges required to resend your order. Should you decline to pay these charges, they will be deducted from any refund owed to you.
9.3 Tracked Items Marked “Delivered”
In some cases—particularly for deliveries to workplaces—your package may be signed for by a colleague or received in a mailroom, even if you did not personally take delivery. SilentBall™ Academy does not issue refunds or replacements for parcels that show a “Delivered” status on the carrier’s tracking system. To avoid this, we recommend having your order delivered to a secure address where you or an authorized recipient can promptly accept delivery.
10. Delivery of Virtual Items
10.1 Virtual items associated with your purchase—such as app verification codes—will be delivered exclusively in conjunction with the shipment of the corresponding physical products.
10.2 Verification codes will not be sent separately via email or other electronic means, excluding the case where only SilentBall™ COACH APP is purchased. In such cases, the verification code will be provided via contact details provided during a checkout.
11. Returns & Refunds
11.1 Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
11.2 Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
SilentBall™ Training Mats should not be folded; if original packaging is unavailable, please ensure the mat remains rolled.
For hygienic and safety reasons, SilentBall™ Grip Socks are non-returnable.
11.3 Return Shipping & Processing Fee:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
A non-refundable processing fee of six euros ninety-five cents (€6.95) will be deducted from your refund.
11.4 How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, email info@silentballacademy.com with your order number and reason for return.
11.5 Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, less the processing fee.
11.6 Digital Products: Lifetime access to the SilentBall™ Academy app is included with your purchase. App access is non-refundable and may be modified without notice. If you experience any issues with the app, please contact our customer support team. By purchasing lifetime access, you agree to this non-refund policy and terms and conditions.
12. Refund Process for Undelivered Shipments
12.1 If a shipment is returned to our warehouse due to unsuccessful delivery, SilentBall™ Academy will notify you via email.
12.2 We will process a refund for the purchase price of the item(s), less any and all expenses incurred in relation to the failed shipment (including, but not limited to, outbound and return shipping fees, duties, taxes, and handling charges), to the original payment method.
12.3 You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
12.4 We will not attempt to reship returned packages; if you still wish to receive the product, a new order must be placed.
